This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Centrally located to places such as the Sassafras mountain that is the highest point in SC and TN and Clemson University. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away.

Tiny house that isn’t tiny but it is beautiful!

This home is located in a extremely quiet, well managed community. Near both Prisma and Bon Secours hospitals. Within 5 minutes of downtown Greenville. 250 square foot dog run. Up to two dogs under 12 pounds and fully house trained allowed. If you love to cook this kitchen is for you. And if you want to grill check out the Big Green Egg Grill. Love to ride or hike - we are very close to Swamp Rabbit Trail and many other nature parks. Bikes can be kept in the laundry building off the deck.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Stunning lake views from private covered deck with daily western sunsets. Large dock to sit, sun, read or fish. Two kayaks with life vests available to tour the water. Saluda Lake is said to be one of Greenville's best kept secrets. Though a small 331 acre lake, the nearly 2 mile river to the 1920's working dam is great water to boat and fish. 13 mins to main street Greenville; 5 mins to Furman University; 45 mins to Clemson University or Lake Hartwell area. 5 mins to grocery stores.
